Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Flat rate of $12.95. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS. Available on orders over $50. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch. For orders under $50, Standard Shipping applies.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Festive Promise allows returns/exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
